The CRS score dropped below 500 in the new all-program Express Entry draw

On August 15, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 4,300 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates under the Express Entry draw #262. In this draw, IRCC invited candidates under all immigration programs. In the latest round of invitations, the cut-off score was 496 points, 21 points fewer than in the previous all-program draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was August 1, 2023, at 12:59:52 UTC. As of August 15, 2023, there are 211,356 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool. In 2023, Canada issued 77,748 ITAs through the Express Entry draws.
