Thunder Bay revealed the quotas for some NOCs in the RNIP

 

On January 12, 2021, the Ontario city of Thunder Bay revealed the number of prospective immigrants working in certain occupations the city intends to invite in the framework of the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP). For instance, Thunder Bay plans to issue 15 community recommendations to Cooks (NOC 6322), 10 recommendations to Chefs (NOC 6321), 5 recommendations to Cleaners (NOCs 6731, 6732, and 673), and 10 recommendations to Labourers (NOCs 7611 and 7612). In addition, 30 recommendations will be distributed among “Any Sector” occupations. Last year, Thunder Bay issued 69 community recommendations.
